Let me start by saying I wish there were more stars. 5 doesn't give justice. When I PCS'd it was rough finding a place. I living in a hotel for almost 3 weeks. Reliant bent over backwards to show me places. I found the place I loved and couldn't be more excited. And issues I had they fixed same day, and made sure I was compensated for any of my out of pocket expenses (water bill was high due to a leak). I absolutely loved the Reliant Team in Clarksville! They were so efficient and respectful of my time and made the entire process as convenient on my family and I as possible. If I could give an award for going above and beyond customer (Tenant and Home Owner) expectations, that award would go to Taylor. Had a sink with a hole in it. They sent a really nice guy over and he repaired it fast. Also there was a smell in the house, the management helped solve the problem as fast.
