I would highly recommend Reliant Realty Property Management to anyone in need of rental management services. This is the second management company I have used since changing duty stations almost 5 years ago. I can say that I haven't had any negative issues with Reliant... Cheryl is great! I was a bit upset when I had to pay to replace the front window blinds and not the tenant that was moving out. They were a bit expensive for some blinds due to the size of the window.
