I have really enjoyed working with copper key realty and management, both as our property management as well as our realtors for selling our house. They kept us informed about every step, condition and answered any and all of our questions and concerns adamantly and with all and even some more than we need to know.
I am a new tenant and Copper Key has been amazing to work with. Each person in the process has been more than stellar. Communication is key and they make the searching, lease signing and move-in pretty easy. Looking forward to my time in this home. Haven't had to do a maintenance request yet, but hoping that process is easy as well.

Copper Key employees are extremely fast to respond, helpful, and professional. I'm beyond happy to have found a home with them for my next rental. I rented from Copper Key for approximately one year and from start to finish it was a fantastic experience. They were responsive to any questions or concerns I had while a tenant. They were the most honest and fair landlord I've worked with on the move out; charges deducted from my deposit were not in the least bit excessive. If I ever find myself in need of a rental I will most definitely start with them.
