I can't believe I'm at the 5 year mark renting with Reliant; now known as Copper Key Realty and Management. As a landlord. Copperkey has been awesome to deal with. Much better communication and deposit dependability than any other rental company I have delt with in the past. Their maintenance personnel are just wonderfull to work with!!!

Great availability, very attentive and professional, trustworthy, friendly and personable. We cannot thank them enough for taking such good care of our property and us. For over 5 years they have managed our property while we were out of State and, thanks to them, it was never vacant and never had any major issue.
