I cannot say enough great things about Copper Key Realty & Management, from 2015 to the sale of our house this month, Cheryle and the rest of the team always went above and beyond to take care of our home. Since day one, they provided clear and prompt communication, ensured our house was never vacant, and followed our requests in regard to who worked on our home. I used this company to manage a rental home for me after I moved out of state. Not only did they make finding a renter hassle free, they made the entire process easy as breathing. They managed my property with zero issues and to my exact wishes for over 5 years. When it came time for me to sell, they handled that as well. Copper key set the bar for what I expect from a property manager and I will always recommend them.

I would recommend Copper Key Realty to anyone. I've been a tenant for almost 9 years now and have never had a problem with them. The maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner and the staff is always quick to respond to anything I need help with. It's been a great experience
Copper Key (formerly Reliant Realty) has been amazing to work with! Cheryle & her team are all professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a great company to rent from or work with. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner, and customer service is key with them. 5 stars! We also use Cheryle as our direct realtor to sell our house recently. She is extremely professional, prompt with information and very reliable!

We trusted Cheryl and her team to take care of our home while we PCSed to our next duty station. The whole transition from living in my home, to moving, to getting new tenants In the property--was SO SMOOTH. I've purchased several houses in several states and end up renting them out. Nice and cozy townhomes in a quiet area but a few missing flaws to the townhomes. No company closet, washer and dryer in kitchen, no back yard privacy from your neighbor's, and no bathroom drawls or shower poles. Other than that 4 star's. The process was smooth with professional staff.
Incredibly friendly and helpful from the onset! Brenda and Taylor respond very quickly to any questions and requests. I am relocating to Clarksville and this team makes me feel like I'm coming home!
