I was so lucky to have a chance to work with Luke. My Buyer was trying to buy a condo on Navarre Beach, and was having lender after lender tell them that they could not finance this complex(at no fault of the Buyer). Luke overcame NUMEROUS Insurance obstacles and HOA communication issues. After about 2 months and countless emails calls he made it happen.
