I wish I could show you a picture of my hash browns, layers of hard scrapings off the grill, burned in places, stacked in my container on take out today. I couldn’t even eat them, they were so hard. We live 13 miles out or I would have brought my veggie omelet, hard as rock hash browns back for a refund.😠

don't microwave food that gets sent back because it was raw. I asked for over medium eggs and they came out with the whites not even done and the country potatoes had that raw crunch too. to fix it all y'all did was throw it in the microwave which in turn still didn't cook the eggs all the way and only succeeded in heating up the orange slice garnish and wilting the lettuce garnish

just had the worst experience ever. I waited si long for my to go order, even though at 2:30 the luch crowd was gone. I went to see what was taking so long and two employees were standing up talking. They started putting the food in a bag. Needless to say the burger was cold and bottom bun soggy. Just nasty, and I use to love them

Richfield ut location has excellent service but the 4 times we've been there the food is lacking. The bread with my parmesan burger was sopping wet and greasy-couldn't eat it. burger small thin and way overdone. my hubby ordered the chicken fried steak n 3eggs and got 1 egg and 1 biscuit and it was greasy! we have dined at other locations over the years and food was great. BTW the cobbler we bought at Richfield 2 diff times were stale. sad. we enjoy great service and always tip 20-25%.

North Little Rock Arkansas. We had a reservations on Saturday March 22,2023. We had very bad server it take over half hour to get are drinks. Then we had member are party took the orders and turn them into the cook. Because our waiter never had time to do because she had other tables to do first (when she back she only had 4 drinks and she was gone again). Waited 35 minutes at the Chico restaurant and didn’t even get our order taken. They took our drink order but never delivered them. Today 4/3/2023 11:30 to 12:05 we just gave up and left 😰
