Amarillo Tx... ate here the first week they were open and it was great! So good, in fact, we came for supper the same night as we had eaten breakfast that morning. After the trainers left, it rollled all the way down the hill. Last time, we left without eating as we were refused when asked to be moved away from the extremely loud jukebox, which is saying a lot considering one of us wears hearing aids, and yes, there were available seats with staff. Tonight is the 5th time we've been here and it'll be the last. Never or... read more
The staff at Black bear diner in McAllen is bigoted as well as lacking in service and the food in general is bland and meant for overweight people. Nothing healthy on the menu I found.
I ordered a Reuben sandwich it was dry not even deli bread the 1000 islands taste like Mayo had to ask for more didn’t come with pickles had to ask I’m a deli cook I wish I could show them how to make a good sandwich and hardly had any sauerkraut and was cold the fries were cold as well very dissatisfied and disappointed
The wait staff was having a better time than me. I just left
As soon as the trainers left, the service went straight downhill! The food is great, but waiting for 10 minutes to get noticed, 15 minutes for a server to take our drink order and having to ask another server to find our server after she disappeared for 15 more minutes so we could order is not acceptable. When the server showed up to take our order, she was no longer cheerful and borderline rude. We had to ask for drink refills then received a bill that included a $15 meal and other items that we did not order or receive. Af... read more
been being harassed by the dish washer Ivan Salinas sending me youtube videos of cartels telling me im in danger so likely this restaurant is a front for some Mexican cartel. so wouldn't recommend coming here.
Tri-tip and baked potato cold. When the waitress was told she says, “yea, been having problems with that” just turned around and walked off.. 👏heat👏your👏food.
I ate at Black Bear diner in Providence Utah Sat Dec 10th. Waitress was new but did a great job. Food was sub par but most of all it was just dirty. Clearly no one vacuums under the tables. It was disgusting. Afraid to know what the kitchen looked like. The waitress Said they just had a rush but all the workers were up at the front counter eating and just hanging out. There was a cigarette butt on the floor too. Management clearly is not working and I will not eat there Again!!
crappy restaurant. worst management. it ok for them to open a restaurant with a non working dish washer and so many other sanitation issues
