I visited the location on North Freeway. We didn’t mind waiting to be seated but after being seated, it took 16 minutes for the server to stop walking past us and actually say hello. Also, I counted at least 6 employees who were either not wearing their masks properly or just not wearing them. In fact, our server took hers off once she got to our table. To make matters worse, there is no soap in the men’s room! Come on, Black bear!

Food was overpriced. It was alright. Definitely had better tasting food for much less.

Now it’s day 4 no refund of my order over $50 that was cancelled by the diner. Not by myself! They have forgotten food off an order of mine before that was supposed to be delivered. Then they made me drive to the store to rectify the situation. This is poor customer service at its finest!

Food was cold took for ever to get waited on twice now I’ve ordered something. And they wait till I have placed the order to tell me you are out of the item I requested took 20 minutes to even get someone to take out order had a gentalman next to us waited almost a half hour after he ordered to even get his order put in the worst service I have ever had tonight for 61 dollers was so not worth it in my suggestion it will take me a while to go back after my experience tonight

My children and I went to breakfast here this morning. We came in with no mask on and nothing was said. We were seated for a few minutes and our waiter came to the table asking if we had a mask, and that we needed to have it on when we entered to be seated at the table. service was fantastic but I ordered biscuits and gravy and got a dense loaf of sour dough bread. nothing was seasoned and very bland. was so disappointed.

I went to try the chicken fried steak and was not impressed. The food took forever even though they were not busy. The dinner menu is ridiculously small. No side options to go with the CFS besides mashed potatoes. My green beans were soggy. Overall I feel I wasted my money. We won't be going back.
