This was a little over a week ago on a Sunday night. It was about 8:30 PM we ordered dinner through Uber eats it was a little over $50 for two meals. About 930 no food the Uber driver that you can watch come to your house her car disappeared so I meetly called blackbear diner and they said that someone else took my order they are not sure if it was another delivery service or if someone on the street just grabbed it. Ordered my food through their website and they use Door Dash. My food never arrived. The dasher delivered my food to the wrong house. Called Black Bear and spoke to management. She told me they cannot issue me a refund. I had to call Door Dash. Duh, common sense will tell you if you Order through their website, they have to issue a refund. She did not ask what was my order# or nothing. This is the one in Sparks, NV. Calling Corporate Office and BBB

My dinner literally looked like they got a frozen dinner plate out of the freezer and just heated it up in the oven! gravy was nasty, mashed potatoes was disgusting they were cold and dry. my chicken fried steak was awful, you're better off getting the frozen meals at the store WAY BETTER then this. 👎👎👎👎👎👎 stick to making pancakes. Dinner is not their specialty. and also what happened to the fresh squeezed orange juice?? for bottled store juice I rather eat at home👎

The night manager at the Peoria location over on Bell Road is a complete idiot. I merely requested for the half table half booth and when they reopened after the covid-19 said they could open we were able to sit there there was nobody else around there and the lady was giving me a hard time about being able to sit there when the other managers had no problem sitting up there and we've been going there for years I'm not one for to complain but this manager at this location is completely rude obnoxious she had no time to reall... read more

we just had lunch, if you could call it that, at the Visalia California restaurant. I ordered the Western Burger with no onion or tomato onion rings okay. my brother ordered the the big burger with no onion or tomato. when we got our order, his plate had dirty finger prints in sauce on it, the fries were sobbing in grease and it had no pickle. my burger had no BBQ sauce and an avocado on it. the waitress brought me a little plate so I could take the avocado off and took my brothers burger back to have a new one made. m... read more

My Husband called because the gift card we got did not take online and the young kid you had answering the phone said he didn't know how to help. yikes. A women supervisor got on and said okay we can have some take your order but nothing. We got hung up on after holding for 20. Very disappointed. Now when we are calling back we get a busy sight. Meh.....your loss on $$$$

Was looking forward to a nice meal at this restaurant today after church. We arrived at the restaurant the parking lot was fairly empty. Inside the restaurant for plenty empty tables. The hostess took our name, and told us to go outside and wait until Table will be ready in 20 to 35 minutes. We questioned why the wait as there were tables open. We decided to go to a more friendly Destiination that did not require us to wait outside and almost 100° weather. Not very customer friendly.

Terrible customer service. We were treated like criminals for waiting in the waiting area because of "social distancing" we had masks on and were keeping to our own group, distanced from others.

I visited the location on North Freeway. We didn’t mind waiting to be seated but after being seated, it took 16 minutes for the server to stop walking past us and actually say hello. Also, I counted at least 6 employees who were either not wearing their masks properly or just not wearing them. In fact, our server took hers off once she got to our table. To make matters worse, there is no soap in the men’s room! Come on, Black bear!
