It hurts to have to say I don't recommend BBD. We have eaten at many different locations in the western states and for the most part they are okay. This morning we found ourselves in Mount Shasta and were pleased to see that dine in was open even though Google said it was take out only. Our waitress was friendly and while chatting I mentioned that it stunk that the worst BBD we have been to are those closest to our home. the manager wants to yell at the customer cause her employees cant get orders right and make you wait for over an hour I dont recommend

Service in great falls was horrible! Waited over 45 minutes for our food! Finally had to ask for to go boxes! They were not busy at all. Maybe better training of the help.

My Family and I normally frequent the Medford, OR Black Bear. Tonight I ordered food for my son and myself- actually one of the first meals I’ve had in nearly 6 days due to having bilateral pneumonia. I didn’t realize it was a pickup order until about an hour after I thought it should have been delivered. My bad- I own that. So I drive 5 minute to go pick up my order and send my 10 year old son in with gloves and a mask to simply pick up the order and go home. My brother and I went there Sunday Oct.5 around 6:00pm. We left around 6:35pm. He had the chicken strips and I had the fish and chips. OMFG! The food was as hard as a rock. The fried fish and the chicken strips was so hard it was like a baseball bat, like you can literally hit a home run with it. My brother didn't want to be rude so he ate the chicken strips and told me to shut up and be nice lets just deal with it. It was so painful to watch a family member go through that.

My husband and I and a friend thought we would try eating here since they were a new restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant before 6:00 P.M. on 9/30/2020 and had to wait several minutes for a server to come by to take our drink order. Then when our drinks arrived they were deliver by a different server. Disappointed in our meal, last night: Mt Shasta Burger: came to me without any cheese, undercooked (ordered it well done) and barely any 1,000 Island dressing. Had to send it back to be fixed, while my sweet potato fries got cold. Chicken fried steak: Not too bad, but the seasonal veggies were not cooked through, they were lukewarm. Service: watched food sit under the warmer for over 5 minutes. Was not offered any refills on drinks. Waitress was pleasant and friendly. Problem seemed to be more in the kitchen area.
