I have ordered door dash many times from here. If you send cookies or something to another address besides your home it stays that address unless you change it. So I sent cookies to some earlier today and when I placed my dinner order it said delivering to that address. Ooooops. It’s happened before and I called the restaurant I ordered from and they put a note to the dasher to change the address. the food has gotten terrible
my 2year old daughter is in the ICU fighting for her life after a chicken bone was stuck in her throat and her lung is collapsed my husband told the manager Heather and she told him that sucks and there's nothing they're going to do and called him a cry baby I am going to sue the Sunrise Black Bear Diner in Puyallup the manager Heather needs to be fired I might lose my daughter thanks to Black Bear Diner
The manager is absolutely unprofessional & rude beyond words! They send out the wrong orders with Door Dash drivers & don’t even care! When the manager was called about the error, he proceeded to scream at a Senior Citizen, call names & ask the senior if they were on drugs!!!! Reprehensible behavior worthy of being fired! Las Vegas Blvd location wasn't busy at 1pm. We sat for twenty minutes as numerous servers walked by our table with not so much as offering us water. My guests and myself decided to leave. It was then that a server asked if we were leaving and I said "you bet". This is our second bad experience at this location. It's back to the Trop and Jones location where you are treated with the utmost respect.

ordered online, waited probably 20 minutes to get my order and they gave us the wrong order.
I won't order again for takeout. 1 burger was ordered Med, it was incredibly undercooked. No horseradish with the Prime Rib. One of the soda cups had a hole in the bottom, and leaked everywhere. And whatever genius packed to to go bag, placed the chocolate cream pie (comes in a go box) into the bag ON IT'S SIDE?!
