Watch your bank accounts if you leave a tip via a card. My $5.00 tip was turned into an $8.00 tip. Yes, I’m aware its only a few dollars, but who knows how many customers this has been done too. Its also super dishonest. We actually liked our food and the restaurant atmosphere but will not be returning nor recommended this location due to the dishonesty.

Good food poor service. Waited and had to ask for a waitress several timeS.. still hasn’t come back for my payment 20 mins later. Other family hasn’t been waited on either.. they aren’t even busy!

Shame on you turning away law enforcement!!! I hope everyone refuses to spend another dime until they make it right with law enforcement

i ordered a medium rare sirloin and when i get home and cut into it, not even 20 min after leaving Black Bear Diner. its hard as a rock. well done 😫 smh. service was also horrible. took them 20 min just to take my order and then another 20 for a medium rare stake smh. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered on Uber eats last time I ate here was years ago My food came cold my French toast had a hair under one peice my sweet potato fries were soggy and limp some were not even cooked throughly and some even tasted like dish soap as I bit into them had to spit it out so disgusting I hope I don’t get food poisoning
