in the land of chicken fried steaks. you don't serve a frozen breaded attempt beef substance. get a skirt steak pound it out and four and fry it. salt salt and more salt. front lady was as friendly as the clap! 1 bright note the server was nice.

Fui víctima de racismo por una empleada, trabajo para doordash como delivery, fui a preguntar por una orden de un cliente, ya tenia 15 minutos esperando y la persona me trato mal, me boto del restaurante y me dijo que no me iba a dar la orden porque no le daba la gana y que tampoco podía estar allí, que me fuera me trato como a un perro delante de toda la gente que estaba allí

The food is nasty, I ordered the pot roast and it tasted like cheap prepackaged food, the meat had a weird texture it was not good. I had them replace it with a chicken fried steak it was better the meat was tender and had a good flavor, the gravy was nasty and pretty sure it made me sick. the food is pretty expensive for the quality and not worth it. We paid $70 for 2 adults and a child.

Let me start off by saying we ordered BBD about a month ago through door dash. It was our first time ordering food for BBD. It was amazing! The pancakes were huge and oh sooo good! This morning I had to beg my wife to go eat there this morning as she just wanted to chill at home. Well we ended up going and the service was one of the worst we have ever had. Don’t order from here using DoorDash. They don’t care about their customers that they are delivering to. Just ordered French Toast. It is cold. No butter. No syrup. So disappointing.

while we love the food here, we are officially done with BBD. this would be the second time we were given a wait time and really waited approx 40min to 1 hour longer. Today stung because it was our 4 year olds birthday and this was supposed to be her birthday breakfast. well, now it's almost noon and we are still waiting to be seated. Two out of the last three times I have been at the Gilbert AZ location, management has been extremely rude. One time I actually got in my vehicle and cried my eyes out. I truly wish that corporate would reach out, before these times I would order in at least once weekly and order at least 6 chocolate cream pies monthly after my chemo treatments another words was spending well over $150 a month at Black Bear and I truly miss the pies on chemo days but just can’t deal with the management? So not just my loss but theirs, so sad
