This is ridiculous. I really like the food here and highly recommend it. This is the second time an employee has been horribly rude . We came in today and a hostess told us that there was seating at the bar. I asked to see the bar area because I have Stage 4 cancer in my bones and some bar chairs can be painful to sit in. Have eaten her numerous times but walked out this evening ...... when three couples walk in at the same time and are seated and you wait almost thirty minutes and your waitress has not even taken your order yet! The other two couples are halfway through their meals and your waitress has time to bullshit and stand there and fill coffee filters! No, they were not slammed, I have the utmost respect for a waitress but NOPE, not tonight!

I had heard such great things about black bear diner’s Friday night fish. I was not feeling well so called to see if we could get a carry out plate. I was told we would get 5 pieces of fish, fries and cole slaw. We got 3 very small pieces of frozen fish. It was very disappointing. I will not return to this restaurant ever again. 👎🤮

I had the most disgusting, homophobic, experience tonight at this location. After a sub par dinner with my family, where our waitress was extremely inattentive. I politely suggested to our cashier another younger woman that perhaps our waitress could possibly use some upselling training, as we would have gladly spent more money had she offered a dessert menu. Accept gift cards that have never been used and are less than 6 months old. Guess where we haven't eaten at since this happened. Used to be a weekly place for us to go.

First off, let me start off by saying the food here is amazing. However, the last two times I’ve been there their attention to the customer is extremely lacking. I went there yesterday for breakfast, got my food. Amazing. But as I went to pay I had to sit there and wait for almost 20 minutes for a cashier to even show up to her station.
