I love Black Bear Diner, I’ve been to a handful of different locations, but my first time ordering from a new to me location they fudged my ScramBowl up and did not include the extra condiments for the toast like the Jams. I normally keep my mouth shut and just deal with it (e.g stuff happens, I’ve worked restaurants myself) but I’ve grown tired of restaurants rushing stuff out the door lately and not paying attention to detail. My husband loved the pancakes! Our waiter Josh was super Rad, and made sure we were Happy! Cute atmosphere! The only issue I had was that our food came out all separate so half our table was almost finished eating when the others got their plates. The giant rolls that look amazing as all where dry as the Sahara desert, the hash browns were crispy nothing’s! Cindy Rodriguez is a hard working person and her passion and love for Christ is incredible. I known her for a very long time and when she puts her heart on something she does it with love. I’m very proud of the incredible woman she has become. May she be a blessing to you all at Black Bear Diner Orem. I’ll recommend her for anything .
