In 1995 founders Bruce Dean and Bob & Laurie Manley opened the first Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta, CA. Our first dining experience at Black Bear was delicious! We all enjoyed our meals. My favorite was the sliced brisket, which was juicy, smoky, & nicely sliced. Our server was amazing!
I recommend the omelettes and pancakes. It's been our life group meeting place for years. The staff is wonderful and the food is always good.
I went to Black Bear Diner for a late lunch with a friend. I had the Reuben sandwich with onion rings. BIG sandwich! It was delicious! Our server was Earnest. Top notch in every category. He was prompt, polite and checked on us several times to see if we needed anything else. It was an excellent experience all the way around. When I'm in the North Little Rock area, I will definitely be dining there again and I will try to save some room for some of their great desserts.
Always friendly smiling staff. Always great food ! Can't wait for you to reopen..... that's why we are ordering take out ! With so many delivery options its easy !
