Great customer service. Great customer relations manager. After speaking with him about a minor problem that occured he immediately corrected it and explained what happened. That was satisfactory for me. I would recommend Coverage X to others.

I was contacted by phone for a negative review I wrote and spoke with *****, the customer relations manager. ***** was amazing, he understood why I was upset and listened to what I had to say. The customer service was excellent and although I was given incorrect information initionally the problem was sorted.
