Don't remember the gentleman's name that assisted me, but he had some customer service skills that I have not run across in a very long time. Also, it was nice to speak to someone whose first language was English. Very knowledgeable about the product he was selling and answered all my questions in complete sentences. Sorry, that's how I feel.
