I have NO loan and they continue to call me multiple times a day.
Payment Register in Final Loan Document did not specify that for the first year, majority of loan payments goes to interest. I am 11 months in and have paid $8k but my loan balance only decreased by $3,500. I contacted customer support through chat and spoke with *****. Credit 9 is a s*** company that has no customer service rep to help you I have literally been on hold for over an hr a day for over 2 weeks to have the system just hang up no person no call back time. You press one to leave a call back number and it hangs up. This company should be shut down if they can't be bothered to pick up the phone when their customers call. I started this process of debt settlement with Americor a couple years ago and had everything, except for 1 account settled, and I was then notified by ******************* at Credit9 (same ownership as Americor) to give me a loan to pay off my remaining balances that were settled and unsettled in one lump sum. I am fine with the process with Credit9 but I wish I would have been asked to do this many months earlier so I didnt have to come up with almost $6000 to keep attorneys from taking action on one of my aggressive lender... read more

Beware. This company steals your information: bank account statements, retirement, 401k, drivers license and employment status. The representatives: ***************, ************************************* and **** to name a few all promise to call you back and never do! When you attempt to call the company back the call drops or they transfer you to the manager or loan officer on your file and then they hang up.
