Was quoted one pymnt price per month signed contract for that ***** Then a week later receive another contract for a much higher pymnt per month just didnt seem very trurhful in which contract they would honor stuck with much higher pymnt.

I received a flyer about a loan that I was pre-approved. I called and spoke to ******* **** and after speaking to him he said that he would do a soft credit check that would not affect my credit score before making me an offer for a loan. i asked a lot of questions and what he said was very misleading and left out information. when the offer was sent to me he left out the "processing fee of $3397.00 and the fact that this was a consolidation loan. when I asked about the fee he said it was built into my payment. Reviews are all fake. The real ones are the old ones. The fake ones will try to bury mine. This is supposed to be a loan company. None of the reviews mention any specifics of getting a loan. Most of them say that so and so was helpful or now I am out of debt. Never trust a company that sends mail that looks like a check. The reviews are as fake as the fake check they sent you to get you to call. They are a scam!! Stay away from these guys!!They called me and asked me all info Once the customer service person asked me for all data including SSN he said to me "oh sorry I have another call that I was expecting !"That is ridiculous. And he never called me back !STAY AWAY DANGEROUS COMPANY

Bait and switch, Fake caller ID made it appear as they were local to me,asked for a ton of personal info, and sent it to underwriting. After several days ,hearing nothing from Credit9 I called my rep ***** who said I don't qualify. I suspect this place is just a debt consolidator and dont offer anyone their "pre qualified" offers. Stay away from this place!

I started the application process but they started asking about my mothers maiden name. I have gotten multiple loans over my life and NOT ONE lender EVER asked for my mothers maiden name. Why would you need that particular piece of information when no one in nearly 40 years has? The guy on the phone rambled on forever about my debt, how much I owed, how they would restructure the debt, don't pay the creditors blah blah blah. WHO DOES THAT????? I thought I wanted to do business with them but not now, thanks but no thanks

This company has done nothing but harass me. Ive told them Im not interested, take me off your calling list and they still keep calling. I have asked for the last time next time they call I will he contacting a lawyer and seeking legal action. My advice based on my dealings with this company STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!not pleased with the constant calls *****

The BBB wants us to report scams to them. Well I'm reporting one right now on their website. This company is scamming the BBB with all of these bogus reviews. 90% of these reviews are written by the same person. I have read every review for this company. You can definitely tell that the person writing these bogus reviews doesn't read many reviews themselves. If you read through just some of these bogus reviews you can see many different patterns, Same words being used, same phrases being used. I've never read so many reviews... read more
