Phew this company is sneaky. I rec'd a "pre approval" letter for up to a 70k "consolidation line of credit". They even attach a fake check in your name w/ the $79k amount. But they don't offer loans to pay off debt unless you have a 680+ credit score - they don't tell you that in the letter. I have good credit, but they want excellent. They want someone with a lower score who is struggling, to do some kind of debt relief where they call your creditors (but only they ones they "work with") to settle for a lesser balance and c... read more
I find that the program puts clients in a very awkward position. Clients are told that ******** communicates with creditors. But fail to say they communicate with them only at the time negotiation . Client is told to have minimal communication with creditors. Then you start to get threats of having to go to court.

Annoying and pushy. They called today offering their services with the usual pitch. When I told them that I was not interested, they pushed again that they weren't trying to sell me anything, and wanted to transfer me to a "specialist". I advised again that I was simply not interested in doing so, to which their response was to simply hang up on me after that. Have made multiple payment issues with interest being charged to my additional payments, which they shouldn't per loan contract. Refuse to fix errors.
Total bait and switch. Received a "pre-qualified" notice and then completed the online questionnaire which again stated "Congratulations. You Qualify" I was then directed to receive a phone call and after 18 minutes on the phone with the agent it was clear that the website questionnaire is a complete "bait and switch." Bait and switch. Definitely not a good company. Dont believe the great reviews this is a debt consolidation company. It is not a loan. They are more fishing for your information.
My husband and I had two beautiful and most loved German Shepherds. My baby was entirely black with gorgeous large ***** eyes and was 9 yrs old... ****** had 28 seizures within the 1 yr and 1 month period of time until I was forced to have him put to sleep because on the early morning of Jan 4, 2022.I had to GIVE HIM TO ***** because he had 1 seizure after another and we could NOT STOP HIM FROM having seizures. I called, gave my personal information for a "soft credit inquiry" to be done. Afterwards, I was transferred to a specialist to assist me further, he said I was eligible for several options. He TOO confirmed ALL my personal info. Then he acted like he was about to speak and then said he just remembered he had a mandatory compliance meeting that was about to start.
