Scammers! No loans are issued. They want to renegotiate your debt...not give you a loan as their mailer would have you believe. In speaking with my "client advocate" I was told all of creditors would have to "participate" in the program...this was before I was "qualified" for anything...they hadn't even sent it to the "underwriters" who are supposed to be the ones that determine eligibility. Then when I said I was not interested in renegotiating my debt I got hung up on! When I called back I mysteriously couldn't be heard on... read more

Company representative requested that I “confirm” my SSN and DOB based on “information that I entered into their website.” I NEVER entered my SSN or DOB. Please be aware.

Upon receiving an offer from this company, we called hoping they could help us consolidate our credit card debt. The offer they had mailed us stated that for a loan of $15,000, our monthly payment would be $115/month. After speaking to an underwriter, "Bill", the best they could do for us was $335/month. After explaining that their monthly payments would not work for us, his solution was to "eat less food" and "cancel our life insurance". At one point he put us on hold because he was "getting frustrated". Bottom line, this c... read more

Extremely misleading mailer. Understand the mailer is not representative. A $4,300.00 loan = 24% apr / 30 monthly payments / $191.99 month . That is outrageous. I thought my Wells Fargo credit card was horrible, but this Credit9 "Family Loan" takes the cake. Please do your due diligence.
