I received the information on a low % loan, spoke to a rep. gave him the information and he never called back after 3 weeks. Also they discriminate against women and elderly. Don't use them, it's a fraud! Trent was the guy's name.

Business response:

Hi *********, We set a high standard for ourselves, and we’re sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business. Upon a thorough review of your account; The said agent; Trent got your application on the 27th of February at 7:43 AM PST. Trent sent you a message at 12:20PM the said day for missing your appointment an hour ago. Consequently, after missing said appointment your file was reassigned the next day with another Client Advocate representative who called you March 2nd to follow up on your application... read more

I spoke with Deanna who was very nice and professional. She said she’d call me back in ten minutes after I gave her my information. She has not called me back. Now when I call the number it goes straight to a generic voicemail that does not indicate a business name. This is very concerning since I’ve given someone my personal information.

Business response:

****, We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention and we are very grateful for the opportunity to respond. We looked through your account and we saw that there is only a 24 hour lapse with your said appointment because Deanna, our Customer advocate was out for the day. We also checked that the issue was resolved and you've been in full contact with us from thereon. Should you have any more questions or concerns please feel free to contact us directly at pr@credit9.com

Very unprofessional!!! There’s a guy, can’t call him professional consultant or any else, his name Tucker. Be ready for him saying how your debt is just enormous and laughing at your score! Choose another company to help you, skip this one!!!! Their workers sit somewhere in their “offices” 2x2 with credit score no bigger then average and think they’re better then you!

Business response:

*****, Thank you for letting us know know about this. Your feedback helps us get better. We highly pride ourselves with great customer service, that's why this came as a surprise. We listened to all the recordings on your file and we didn't hear anything from our Client Advocate representative any discussion on credit scores nor said anything that would seem condescending in any way, but rather left it very respectfully with setting an appointment to talk with your wife. We value our customers opinions and would like to than... read more

The same thing happened to my mom this past weekend. (***** *) They told her she was "approved" for debt consolidation and some guy gather all of my mom's personal information. He told her he was going to contact her the next day but he never did. He also gave her a number for her to "call him", but he never answered. She left several voicemails but none of her calls have been returned. After reading all these reviews and this happening to my mom, I honestly believe this company is nothing but a scam. I will report this to t... read more

Business response:

We appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention and we are very grateful for the opportunity to respond. After a thorough investigation, we pulled all the record on your mother's account and your mother was supposed to contact our client advocate the following day. Our Client Advocate attempted to contact your mother the following day, after missing her call; her voicemail wasn't set-up and he couldn't leave a message. All our records showed that we did our due diligence with regards to keeping our appointment. Sh... read more

I applied on line as a consolidation loan and at the end of the application I was told that I would get a call. I applied for $50k but when I called, I was told to put all of my debts so that they could consolidate them...so far I was very happy. After the first call, I was told that they needed some time with the underwriters and they would put in for an $80k loan. A few hours later. I get a call to tell me about a plan where I would debt free in 3 years...so far so good....but then I was told that I needed to stop making p... read more

I received a mail offer for $38,065 with 0% interest for 12 months. THIS IS NOT A REAL OFFER. I calculated that with that offer I would be able to payoff all credit cards and even my remaining student loans and save the interest over a full year. In that time I could EASILY pay off the entire loan. However when I called I spoke to Nicole who became my client rep, we spoke about my finances and income, future purchases, etc. She requested personal info to do a soft pull for credit acceptance and scheduled another call the fol... read more

Credit 9 is not a reputable company. All information is misleading. I was foolish enough to give my personal information and had to contact ** ********** ***** *** ****** ********

Loan officer I spoke with was really rude, condescending and aggressive. The program is not really a loan. You make payments for 11 months to credit9 and they make the payments to the qualified debt each month. Then on the 12th month you can become eligible for a loan. I had some questions, because it sounded off to me. I wanted clarification, but questions just seemed to cause him to talk over me, become aggressive and try to degrade and pressure me. I should have known better than to even consider something like this. Once... read more

Business response:

Sheri, We always aim to deliver a great experience. Upon a thorough review of your account, Our Quality Assurance department pulled all the recordings and listened to all of it. We think there is a grave misunderstanding on how you perceived our agent's tonality during your conservation. Additionally, We take customer service seriously and sending rude text messages is highly unacceptable, that's why we thoroughly searched your account and to no such thing transpired between you and our team member. Should you have any furth... read more

Got a prescreened offer in the mail. Went to the website and filled out the information. When they called, I spoke with them for 3 minutes before they hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. I will not do business with people that do not know how to respect others.

Business response:

******, We are sorry that your experience with us didn’t quite match your expectations. We believed that you already talked to our Customer Experience Manager and resolved the misunderstanding about our agent disconnecting the phone call. Thank you again for your feedback.
