Applied since Friday, I was told my application is going to b submitted. The guy did not give me his name. He said he will call back. He did not call back. I did not get a clear explanation of the 12 months zero interest and details about the monthly payment.

Got a letter in the mail saying that I have been pre-approved yet when I went to the apply.credit9.com, using the reservation code, and got a phone call from Jesse I was told that my credit card debt was not high enough and that they couldn't help me and he was sorry to waste my time. Kind of a disappointing call and let down after the letter

<p>Durante el día de ayer tomaron mi información para analizar mi caso. Se supone que estaría revisando mi informacion y me llamarian a las 10:00 am del dia de hoy. La llamada nunca ocurrió y llamo a los números de contacto los cuales me envian a un buzón para que deje mensaje. Así ha estado todo el dia. Yikes. The fact that a crucial part of their terms is that you do not pay your creditors for 4-7 months while they “negotiate new terms and interest” and THEN is SUPER sketchy. No, thank you!

Sean M***** at Credit9 contacted me and set up an appointment for a call and never called. When I contacted him about it, Gee J** called me back. She was the original person I spent a lot of time discussing my credit cards with. The time spent seemed unnecessary and for the purpose of getting me to trust her. When she called back she put the sales pitch on me about a hybrid program they have since my credit was so poor. It required I pay them 331.00 a month for a full year so they would trust that I would make payments. They... read more

I was sent a preapproval letter from credit 9 and I filled out the information online. Kacey contacted me and took more information and stated she would get with an underwriter although the web stated and underwriter would contact me but I never heard anything back from Kacie nor did I receive anything in the mail approving or declining.

Hey BBB, This company is a credit consolidation company that is deliberately misleading consumers by sending them "pre-approved" offers that are not pre-approved at all. The offers are still contingent upon a full credit check, income verification, debt negotiations & cancellations, etc. This process will likely reduce most people's payments (eventually), but will further damage most people's credit history. I was told by Christopher I was approved. Set up a time to talk. Unfortunately, I was unavailable at that time due to an urgent work matter. I called him about 20 minutes later. Never received a call back. I sent him a text the next day, no response. That was last Thursday. Moving on there are certainly a lot of other options out there.
