I am still waiting for 8-9 months for Ivan T****** to follow through on an issue I’ve been having. I would appreciate someone contacting me back.

Applied and the "agent" called me. I explained that I had seen these comments on the BBB website and asked directly if they were a loan company or a debt re-organization company. Agent "Tony" got upset and made some disgusting remarks about my wife before hanging up on me. This is not how a legitimate company operates. Avoid this one.

Received a good loan offer in the mail, called and spoke with a guy giving all my information after seeing an A on the BBB. I was told the underwriters would go over the info and call me on Monday. I never received the call and after several attempts and only getting a voicemail am now here.

The person answering my reply was very rude and spoke over me after being two hours late for appointment.

Absolute scam. They are not trying to make a loan. This is a bait and switch to put you in debt re-organization plan. Do not trust an organization that is not upfront with you and doesn't tell you the negative impact on your credit or FICO score - very similar to filing bankruptcy!

This company has a BBB "A+" rating, with a 2 1/4 star rating. I searched "Credit9" after receiving a deceiving letter in the mail that looked like a check. I guess this is where the gray areas come in as to what makes a company an A+ company in BBB standards. Yes, the check (after opening the letter) does state "This is not a check". But for a company dealing with people's money to want to start off a business relationship with such a deceptive and dishonest first impression is scary and dangerous. Also, why is it after sear... read more

Switch and bait. Not an actual loan company. - False advertisement. Interesting they give you a reservation code that doesn't work so you can put your information into the computer or call them. The number is different on the website as it is on the paper notice. BEWARE of the scam to trick you into elimination of your debt!

Bad practices!! False advertising!! They advertise “loans” and THEN and then, they hit you up by negotiating your debt instead of giving a loan as THEY claim. Stay away from this types of scams!!!
