Monica is always helpful and has been my service advisor for years. I didn't see her on the list, but she should be listed - exceptional customer service experience.
I have been using Crest Cadillac since 1991 and have not experienced any issues with them. They do an exceptional job.
The service has been of good. I appreciate the concern that shown to me about the service on the CT5!
Lincoln Haven was very professional, communicated all changes completed and did a great job repairing my vehicle.
Good experience. Only complaint is that it took a very long time even though we weren’t financing
Great service, I appreciate the ride home and back while the service was being done.
Arman, thanks for taking care of this, excellent from start to finish, loved the way the car is working now
The best service ever ! !thank you Brian and the crest team what a experience. !! Wow
The experience was great! Wife went and test drove the car earlier in the day. They held the car for me to come take a look at it that afternoon. I brought my own financing and it did bother them a bit. The detail service they build in is an amazing deal. Very nice dealership.
