Unsatisfied "Certified" Used Escalade, Really! I purchased a Certified Used 2016 Escalade ESV a few months ago. I asked my Salesman about the squeaky brakes before I took it home, but was assured that the squealing would stop after a day or so. I took the vehicle home at night, so I didn't notice that my tires were bald until the next day. I had to take it back a couple of days later to get the tires replaced. I also asked them to check the brakes again, because the squealing was getting worse. Since then, I have been back a... read more

HORRIBLE Overall horrible. From the scheduling department on the phone, to the service advisor to the service manager. A complete joke for a Cadillac dealership. What a shame. This dealership will make a bad name for Cadillac.

Bad Service from the Service Manager If you plan on getting decent service from Crest's service department, you need to buy the vehicle from them. I bought a used 2012 Escalade with 15k miles left on warranty and the truck needed a lot of work after I drove it for a few weeks. After my 10 visit of having to badger them to fix things under warranty, I still had not gotten my front struts replaced or a whistling sound coming from the engine. I would just get told that the struts have to be dripping onto the floor and it didn't... read more

Service Center A Major Trust Issue I purchased an Escalade from the Pre-Owned Department of Crest Cadillac of Frisco. The Only good experience since purchase (Feb. 2016) is that the vehicle is awesome. The sales experience was horrible with items that should have been brought to my attention, were never mentioned resulting in multiple trips to right their wrongs. Without an ultimatum this place does nothing to help. First trip back to replace a faulty leaking tire resulted in a change of tires-nice. Then they smashed the rea... read more

Unfortunately - a stereotypical used car shopping experience I was searching for a pre-owned car and found a super clean car that met my criteria. I sat down with a salesman and the game began. The deal sheet, supposedly generated by a sales manager, listed the price at $1000 over what was advertised on their web site and the salesman argued with me until I had him pull up the listing. In addition, I was offered a $795 option package that included window tint and nitrogen tire fill. WTH - the windows were already tinted and ... read more

Bad service advisor Would not work with that service advisor anymore but had a good experience with Mary Chandler she understood what I was trying to get taken care off and explain to me what was going on with my car.

2nd time I have had an issue with the service department I went to Crest Cadillac in Plano because there was a TSB on my vehicle. After the car had been there for a day they called and said they heard the noise described, but didn't feel it was loud enough to warrant being covered by the TSB. I contact Cadillac who opened up a case for me and was unable to get in touch with Crest so she helped me locate another dealership (Sewell) that repaired my vehicle under the TSB with no issue at all. I will never use Crest again nor w... read more

Not a good experience, unfortunately. I've bought several Cadillac vehicles over the last decade. This newest experience is one I'll have to live to regret. The sales manager, Chris Willis, may SEEM like a nice person, but he wants to make a sale at any cost--even at the expense of a customer never buying again. It's truly disappointing to see a Cadillac dealership act in this manner. I'll never shop there again. I'd like to give a mention to David Sung, another sale manager. The only thing he does is call and email you time... read more

Not the place to buy your car. You had my car for three weeks for some cosmetic repairs, upon returning when it was finally ready I find it running with the door open. 1/2 tank gas was gone and they jumped on the loaner like it was lunch (people waiting for loaners) I was left standing there for 25 minutes only to discover my vehicle at the front running - no appointment I came when I could (so it had been running for hours I suppose) Randy called at noon and I told him I'd be there when I could, I think it had been running s... read more
