I found the vehicle online and made the purchase from out of state this was a new process for me. David the sales rep was very nice and responsive. Since they had just received this vehicle, the pictures of the vehicle were missing on their website, he sent me a few pictures. Wow Wow Wow. Spent well over fifty thousand dollars on a CPO car . They missed lots of things. Left it over night to be cleaned. And they scratched it. Still waiting to get it repaired. Thought the CUE was out took it to another Dealer. He says yep needs to be replaced. Wow Wow Wow. Like the car not totally satisfied with the Dealer.

My first service experience did NOT go well. I made an appointment for my first oil change and tire rotation and a paint coat. The service would take at least a day so I requested a loaner. They told me I would have to wait a couple of days to schedule the appointment so they could have a loaner car available. On 8/31/20, I was looking at a new 2020 Escalade, MSRP $82500, with 2 miles on it and an online ad for $66897. I made a full price offer they accepted. Then they sent me the out the door price and proceeded to add an additional $1295 fee for tinted windows which were already tinted, door guards, ($10 on Amazon) and nitrogen air in the tires. When I questioned this charge in an email Matthew got upset and in a huge bold font replied “all dealers do this” as if he was throwing a tantrum. Terrible service Steer clear of this dealership. I leased a 2016 Cadillac CT6 and returned it with less than 35,000 miles after 39 months. The front tires had been replaced, the back tires weren't. I'm being charged over $1,700 for excess wear because the tread didn't match. Now mind you I took the car in to get the alignment redone twice in the last year, and Crest told me there was nothing wrong with the alignment, so the tires wore unevenly. Terrible Service!!! I had a flat today in a DMV parking lot. I called Crest Cadillac to let them know I was on my way to get tire replaced and needed a loaner. I have run flats and was told it was safe to drive on the flat. I was put in touch with a service guy named Bryan. Bryan told me not to bring my car in because he did not have my tire in stock and actually the tire was backordered from manufacturer. Do Not Do Business Here!!!! WORST DEALERSHIP TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!! Leased a new Escalade from Crest Cadillac for the first time. It did not go as well as expected from a Cadillac Dealership, but oh well. Ive had the vehicle for a few months now and have used the concierge service twice for scheduled maintenance.
