Very pleasant experience all around! Came to research a vehicle and it quickly turned into a purchasing expedition! Jenny was a pleasure to work with - knowledgeable, personable and knew when to leave the office so my husband and I could start our own negotiations! Haha! We are from out of town and by far this was the best experience we have ever had purchasing a vehicle. We were nervous purchasing a vehicle that we had not seen but Jenny was so helpful sending extra pictures/ video. She reassured us that the vehicle was in spectacular condition. I recently purchased an XT5 from Chris Rucker. Chris answered every challenge I provided including vehicle knowledge and aggressive pricing.
