I was told by Cars. com there was an Escalade available for $83K. When I responded that I wanted to buy it, a Crest dealer contacted me. He said that the car was ordered specially for a customer and was not available. Bait and switch - very disappointed with these unethical tactics.

Call to talk with Monica Toomb after car was serviced. Told her my sabiltrak keep coming on. She replied and told me it was my battery. I google the sabiltrak it said nothing about my battery. Went to get my battery check they said my battery was fine. I didn’t like the way I was treated if I was a white women I wouldn’t have been treated that way this is my second vehicle from Crest. Screw Crest Cadalliac I will never buy another vehicle.

I purchased a 2018 Cadillac Escalade on Jul 23, 2022. The sales process was solid and the Service Dept has been 4+ star experience. However, it is now Nov 26 and I have not received the title for the vehicle that I paid for in cash. Kodie Cadenhead was helpful in intial troubleshooting and assist to try and correct the delay in the title but no updates since 10/15/22.

I purchased a used car from this dealership group and Felix, my salesperson, was awesome with the sale and how the add-on $1K included wonderful services like how I could just drive through their express service every 6 months for the interior and exterior. When I went back to get my license plates and have them put on I was questioned if I really bought my vehicle there. It wasn't said like they were surprised. Just took my ‘12 CTS in for a check engine light. Treated like xxxx apparently for having a 10 year old car(didn’t get the same treatment when I took in our ‘18 XT5). They tried to scam me into getting another $1500 worth of work that “had to be done immediately.” Don’t take your car here. Go ANYWHERE else!!

Shopped but didn’t end up buying. Crest wanted $10k over MSRP for the new car I was wanting. $10k!!!!!! How these guys can sleep at night, I don’t know. Ended up heading over to another dealer in Dallas to get my blackwing after reading other reviews, where they don’t take advantage of their customers by price gouging. This dealership should be ashamed of their selves. .

We found a vehicle online and called and spoke to a salesman call Felix. Wanted to come get it he wanted us to finance it in state of Texas. But we are a cash customer. Stated he didn’t think he could do the sales since we were not financing it in Texas. I have never heard of such a thing. They also were charging us sales tax even though we were going to register it in Arkansas. I may be wrong on this but I don’t believe that they should collect sales tax in Texas when the sales tax is due in Arkansas . It’s just asking for ... read more

Crest has systematically screwed me for 2 years. After buying 3 cars, Crest has refused to honor the warranty they sold (same company) always siting technicalities . The final straw occurred when I took my car in for normal.maintenance and they informed me the rear differential ( $4000 repair) was broken. After two weeks Crest conspired to come up with a way neither them or warranty would have to pay. Took my car to Crest for rough idle. They replaced the motor mounts, got car back, idle is worse than when I took it in.
