We were referred to Chris Rucker of Crest Cadillac after my car was totalled. He was a true professional and was very patient as we looked at several vehicles, never rushing us or trying to influence our decision. Place was clean and the people were nice. We had outside financing locked up but paperwork still took a very long time to prepare. Once they got the paperwork ready, signing was quick enough.

Jenny was wonderful and did everything she could to make it an awesome experience! The only issue was not with Jenny, but, with the tech. support. Not enough time was taken explaining the technologies of the vehicle.

From someone that buys to be fair TOO MANY CARS. ...this was a wow experience. I have had every manner of ok and bad experiences with car buying. I have to say I've never really had a perfect experience though till now. Chris was amazing to deal with. I am not the easiest buyer because I know exactly what I want and will not compromise on any spec. Jenny was absolutely exceptional! From prompt communication to providing me the utmost customer service - I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Not only was she extremely informative about the vehicle but she also was so patient and kind. 10 out of 10 experience and I couldn’t have asked for anything better! Jenny’s the best!
