Treated fairly I spoke with Francis Gavangan at Crest Cadillac after looking at the Internet and he answered my questions and we made an appointment to look at a Cadillac SRX. He took most of the hassle out of purchasing an automobile. The experience was very pleasant. Everyone involved was kind and professional and I felt special. Top notch dealership in both sales and service. I have four cars, but only one is a Cadillac. I wish I could take the other three to Crest for the others service needs too.

Got a new tire due to a bulge in sidewall. Live in Texas but was visiting in Iowa when I found a large bulge in the sidewall of my tire. Made it back to Crest to purchase a new tire. Went by several Cadillac dealers but know I can trust Crest and prayed I would make it back without a blow out. They helped me right a way as they always do. I have nothing but praise for Crest Cadillac and all the associates that work there. Have a 2014 CTS Cadillac I purchased at Crest.
