Advertise at MSRP but Chris said since we out of state we have to pay more. They don’t like to sell to out of state customers. Wanted to know if we could title it there. Bad business. Be careful.

Brought my car in on march 8th ‘24 for a oil change. The gentleman who greets in the bay when you pull in was right there and notified Reese of my arrival. After waiting five minutes for Reese to respond, the gentleman in the bay pointed out where I could find Reese in the building. When I went in Reese was standing at the cabinets just “shooting the breeze” with other service reps. When acknowledged and checked in Reese said my car would be ready in two hours. After two and a half hours plus I texted his number and called t... read more

Extremely poor customer service after purchasing a new 2024 Cadillac CT 5 After taking delivery of my new car I received a call from the dealership that my license plates were in and ready for pick up. Unable to return to the dealership, I asked my daughter if she could stop by the dealership and pick up my plates. (Going out of her way taking her daughter to Special Needs School) Later when I went to put the plates on the car, I noticed that there was no bracket on the front of the car to install the plate. Why would the de... read more

Worst customer relation and deliberately mislead customers to sell their products. The managers don’t even listen to you on the mistakes they did. The parts are double the MSRP. The finance department is at another level. They lied on the product to sell a coverage. I didn’t even get the review email. Finally got to meet with Kodie who was helpful.
Business response:
We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience with our dealership. However, we are confused by your review and would like to discuss further to understand the specifics of the situation. We strive to provide exceptional service to all of our customers and want to ensure that we are meeting our high standards.
Crest Cadillac accepted an offer I made to purchase a vehicle via email. I got a call the next morning that the dealership sold the vehicle to someone else after my offer was accepted. I find this conduct extremely unprofessional and unethical. If something needed to be done beyond the referenced email agreement, they should have informed me. The dealer made a point to tell me that they were held to a higher standard because they were apart of Berkshire Hathaway Automotive. Clearly, those standards must not be very high. I w... read more

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We regret any frustration caused by the unavailability of the vehicle you were interested in. We want to clarify that securing a vehicle involves completing the payment process. As you acknowledged with our sales staff, you were shopping around and declined to complete the wire transfer before your friend could test drive the vehicle on 12/30. Because the vehicle was not paid for, it was still open for sale, and it was subsequently sold on 12/28. We understand your disappointmen... read more
Do NOT buy a used vehicle from this dealership they claim they do a 360 inspection and that everything was perfect on our vehicle. We have had to replace our transmission 5 times now since buying the car a year ago. It’s one thing to be a good car salesman’s and it’s one thing to lie to your customers. I will never buy a vehicle from this place again and that includes all Crest dealerships. Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! THEY DONT CARE! WORST PART IS THEY GOT A xxxx GOOD CAR FROM ME AND SOLD ME A PIECE!!!

Beware! Ive bought 3 vehicles from Crest, never an issue. Recently I purchased a prenowned Escalade to use as a family utility vehicle. Pric was fair, it was sold as a Certified Preowned. The day after I bought I left town on a road trip. Immediately, we discovered that adaptive cruise didn't work, front end crash avoidance didn't work, "fuel range" indicator was eratic, rear heat would say 70 then 10 minutes later say 85, driver power seat made crunching noises. Obviously something was wrong. I called my service advisor, he... read more

This pains me to do so. But we bought a pre owned vehicle from crest and the car is just fine. It is what we wanted. The issue started with the kind of bait and switch issue from the sales department to when you go in for financing. We ended up working that out after some pressure from the sales manager. We opted to get the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty so it would be like having a new car. After the sell it just went from Ok, to absolutely terrible. The sales team and the people who do the final fixes are overly aggressi... read more

Seriously this would be a no star review if possible. I’ve been dealing with Crest Cadillac for weeks and I’ve just resigned myself to thinking that they are simply a dishonest dealership with their shareholders interests before their customers. Berkshire Hathaway owns Crest Auto Group, And they intern are owned by Warren Buffett. So the complaints of any single consumer are not going to amount to a hill of beans when it comes to dealing with these people. On around April 24th I bought a 2018 Cadillac ATS, Premium Performanc... read more
