This is my third automobile from Crest and the salesman, Bruce Rollins. Everything was perfect. I will tell everyone that I know who is ready to purchase a new automobile to call for any salesman at Crest and they will be happy that they did so. The first time I bought a car from Crest I received a Bose radio/cd player with the Caddilac emblem on iit this was so exciting and useful.
We went to research the Cadillac SRX trying to find a car that fit our needs and budget. We had several vehicles in mind; Volvo XC60, Nissam Murano, GMC Acadia and the SRX. Tony did a great job showing and explaining all the details of the SRX, he made the experience fun and exciting. We told him that our decision would take about two to three weeks and he was understanding and not pushy at all. The reason I gave "5" ratings is because this dealership deserves it. Every person we came into contact with was helpful and courteous. The sales personnel, Nancy and Tony worked for five hours to find the exact car we wanted and worked tirelessly to work out the payments that fit our budget. ALL dealers should have a mandatory training from these people, from their reception desk to the time you drive out!!! I've never, in my 48 years of buying cars, experienced a more well-oiled, totally customer-oriented AND DEVOTED TO SATISFACTION dealership. Stopped by to price a new CTS. Didn't plan to buy, but Arch found the exact car we were looking for and the price so we ended up buying the same day. Pleasant experience from start to finish. I just bought a new Cadillac from Crest, and feel like we got a great deal. Crest had more inventory of the desired car that any other nearby dealer, and really make some good deals at the end of the month. They spent 30-45 minutes with me going over all of the features of the new car (at pickup), which make it nice to leave the dealership knowing how to use all of the electronics!
My experience with Crest Cadillac was superb, wonderful customer service. I would hightly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a smooth car buying process. Wayne Massey was very prompt in calling back and answering my questions. I've never had a better experience and I'v purchased 5 cars in my lifetime.
