We have bought 7 vehicles from this dealership and mainly because of Bruce Rollins. He gives us beyond 5 star service and we would not go to any other Cadillac dealership because of him. I also appreciate the way Bruce makes sure than when my car is being worked on that I get a car to drive home and that Stephen and I are completely satisfied before leaving the dealership. He always lets us know what is going on with the new vehicles that are coming in so that we know what we want to look at before getting there.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Crest Cadillac. Tony Griggs and the entire staff at Crest were so helpful. Tony had a very low pressure, but helpful approach, which I appreciated. He was very patient, yet eager to help to me find the perfect car. He made the entire process easy. Very professional yet friendly. Good follow-up from my sales rep and the young man that went over the car on delivery to make sure I knew how everything worked was awesome as well. Love the car--the options are great and glad they added blue tooth to this model

I've brought my car there twice to fix the drivers seat under warranty and don't fix it while happily charging me for service.

RUN FROM THESE GUYS! !! This happened at the Cadillac dealership…….My salesman(using that term loosely) name was Felix. Has no idea what he’s doing. Blows your phone up, called 7 times in about a 15min time span!! Then set me up with an appt……. To come and buy the car, after I told him no!?!? I guess he thought he could pressure me into it?!?! He’s not too bright! I decided to come up and see the car on Saturday. I did not make an appt and Felix said he was with a customer. I waited for over an hour and got hungry and left. ... read more

Service advisors poorly trained in customer service. Three days of leaving a voicemail and text messages with no reply. Truck has been in their shop for three weeks; brand new Escalade IQ.

It is hard to reach anyone and there is no follow through. My expectations were set to a standard but they were not met.

I had to call the dealership from the service bay to ask them to send Chris out because he never came out when they paged him.. Because I have a tracker in my car I know that my car sat on a side street for over 30 minutes when the work was done. When I was called to check out, I could hear him on the radio telling them to find my car because he didn't believe me when I said it was sitting on the side street. Sending me multiple surveys won't make the results any less bad. This is the third survey with the same answers.
