30 K inspection Made an appointment for the 30,000 mile check-up. Gene had a nice car for me to use while mine was being worked on. Car was finished the same day and I picked it up the next morning. Except for one little light on, Gene was able to remedy that immediately. Check-up is complete and I hope to get many more years of service from it.

Top-Notch Best Service Center EVER! Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I just love bringing my car here. Looking forward to trading in our Honda on another Cadi as I really cant stand Honda Service, (in McKinney) they are horrible.

Overall Experience with the Service Dept. I have purchased two Cadillacs from Crest in the last 12 years: A 2002 Deville and a 2010 Deville. During this period I always have had my cadillacs serviced by Crest and have always been satisfied. Their personal assistance service is outstanding as well as very friendly so I have no complaints.
