Got a new tire due to a bulge in sidewall. Live in Texas but was visiting in Iowa when I found a large bulge in the sidewall of my tire. Made it back to Crest to purchase a new tire. Went by several Cadillac dealers but know I can trust Crest and prayed I would make it back without a blow out. They helped me right a way as they always do. I have nothing but praise for Crest Cadillac and all the associates that work there. Have a 2014 CTS Cadillac I purchased at Crest.

Crest Cadillac, a good dealership for purchases & service. I have been using Crest Cadillac for my automobile purchases and services for about 13 years and have always received very good service. I am especially pleased with Paul Zugelder for his friendly and helpful attitude in the Service Department and will continue to use his wonderful service as I have no complaints whatsoever. Moses A. Always pleased! Friendly and professional! I have been using Crest since I bought my 2008 xxx in 2010 as a used car from another dealer. But my service and warranty coverage has all been done at Crest. Gene Reeves in service has been my service adviser the entire time and I'm very happy with that. Was an extremely pleasant experience From scheduling to the delivery of my vehicle back to my place of employment, a great experience. I was kept in the loop with what they were doing with my car. Definitely would recommend to others.

Best Ever Purchase Francis Gavagan was the best salesman we have ever dealt with in all the years of buying Cadillacs. He answered all our questions with the knowledge that a well educated salesman should. Trevor Cardwell was also very helpful in showing us how to operate all the features on our new car. Both are to be commended for a job well done!

Best work in years! Very satisfied with entire visit. When I arrived, Brian advised he would check out the noise and see what was needed. He called he defined the problem, parts needed and cost. He asked if I agreed to do all he mentioned. I did. Tires and idler pulley replaced, and front brakes. When I got my car back, it sounded almost new. Since it is an older Saturn I am very, very pleased. Keep up the fantastic work!

Oil change While I was there, Greg was informative on what tires I should be getting to replace what I have, and how soon. His recommendations are always helpful. Turnaround time is very efficient.

Real Deal Dealer. I went in to get a front side door lock cylinder that came off .replaced pollen filter.replaced engine filter.got a premium care maintenance.got a 21 point vehicle inspection.checked all fluids and tire pressures.got oil changed.got tires rotated.and got a cabin air filter.all for free and in an 1 hour time .........wow is all I can say .

The absolute best dealership experience I have had I finally talked my wife into getting a new and much more luxury oriented vehicle.
