My first service experience did NOT go well. I made an appointment for my first oil change and tire rotation and a paint coat. The service would take at least a day so I requested a loaner. They told me I would have to wait a couple of days to schedule the appointment so they could have a loaner car available. So I drove all the way into the dealership for my scheduled appointment, they told me it would take a bit to get my loaner car. Better deal for who?Although I’d like to give a lengthy Better deal for who? Although I’d like to give a lengthy review of my experience at Crest Cadillac, I’ll keep it short and simple. On 8/31/20, I was looking at a new 2020 Escalade, MSRP $82500, with 2 miles on it and an online ad for $66897. Sales guy said it’s sold and brings back a demo, MSRP of $84220 with 6952 miles and the online ad is for $68483. We agree on the selling price of $65000 and my trade in for $65200. I made a full price offer they accepted. Then they sent me the out the door price and proceeded to add an additional $1295 fee for tinted windows which were already tinted, door guards, ($10 on Amazon) and nitrogen air in the tires. When I questioned this charge in an email Matthew got upset and in a huge bold font replied “all dealers do this” as if he was throwing a tantrum. They didn’t help me with GM financial and our wear and tear report. $1000 charged to us but no wear and tear. Caleb punted

Terrible service Steer clear of this dealership. I leased a 2016 Cadillac CT6 and returned it with less than 35,000 miles after 39 months. The front tires had been replaced, the back tires weren't. I'm being charged over $1,700 for excess wear because the tread didn't match. Now mind you I took the car in to get the alignment redone twice in the last year, and Crest told me there was nothing wrong with the alignment, so the tires wore unevenly. Terrible Service!!! I had a flat today in a DMV parking lot. I called Crest Cadillac to let them know I was on my way to get tire replaced and needed a loaner. I have run flats and was told it was safe to drive on the flat. I was put in touch with a service guy named Bryan. Bryan told me not to bring my car in because he did not have my tire in stock and actually the tire was backordered from manufacturer. Do Not Do Business Here!!!! WORST DEALERSHIP TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!!! Leased a new Escalade from Crest Cadillac for the first time. It did not go as well as expected from a Cadillac Dealership, but oh well. Ive had the vehicle for a few months now and have used the concierge service twice for scheduled maintenance. First time, the driver took over 5 hours to get to us, we waited around all day for him and eventually had to reschedule for the next day. Wasted an entire afternoon waiting. Unsatisfied "Certified" Used Escalade, Really! I purchased a Certified Used 2016 Escalade ESV a few months ago. I asked my Salesman about the squeaky brakes before I took it home, but was assured that the squealing would stop after a day or so. I took the vehicle home at night, so I didn't notice that my tires were bald until the next day. I had to take it back a couple of days later to get the tires replaced. HORRIBLE Overall horrible. From the scheduling department on the phone, to the service advisor to the service manager. A complete joke for a Cadillac dealership. What a shame. This dealership will make a bad name for Cadillac.
