The overall experience was less impressive than I was anticipating. I’ve purchased several vehicles from another dealership and this is the 1st time I’ve ventured away. I was told a couple of different things that were not followed through on. I’m now attempting to get one of those commitments scheduled for Monday but somehow the appt was scheduled for a Monday in May 2026. Overall, from beginning to end, the transaction and experience has room for improvement.
