Chris Brintall provided excellent service to us even when we it turned out we did not need to have my Cadillac XT4 serviced. Warning lights going off made us bring the car in for service, and it turned out that all we needed was a new battery in the key fob. New Key fob battery in, all warning lights went away. He was gracious and helpful and very professional. And he explained everything very thoroughly and clearly.
