Emergency Repairs We had to be towed for unplanned repairs. Crest and our service consultant Troy helped us thru the entire process, got us into a loaner and made sure our vehicle was repaired and tested prior to having us return.

First class experience. Stewart and Josh provided excellent customer service. They made one of life's stressful situations into a very enjoyable experience. Josh and Stewart also followed up with a couple of calls after I took delivery of my new Q60 Red Sport to make sure we were completely satisfied with the car and the sales/delivery process. DJ was great to work with. He showed me the vehicles I was interested in and didn’t push me to see anything I wasn’t interested in. He got me a fair deal on my trade in as well as on my new vehicle. Most importantly, he didn’t waste my time ( and I didn’t waste his either). I bought a vehicle the same day and that was about a month ago and I’m still very satisfied with the transaction, the Crest dealership and DJ Johnson in particular.
