Scheduled oil change with Crest Infiniti. Very pleasant on the phone reservation. Upon entering the bay area, we waited 18 minutes for contact with our rep, Troy Dunn. There was a lag time when he was notified and when we met. I had him paged at the service desk. He explained that he had to lower the volume on his device while he was with a customer and missed the notification. Once on the scene, he did an outstanding job keeping us informed with updates.

I had the best experience i have ever had while purchasing a vehicle at this dealership. Al was super fantastic & went over & beyond to make sure that I got the vehicle I wanted. Everyone i spoke to from Al to the finance office was very nice, professional & made sure I got the vehicle i wanted & the deal I needed.

Troy was awesome. Very nice and professional. Went over the report at the end and answered all of my questions accordingly. However, there was one employee that gave my wife and I the dirtiest look as we were waiting while our vehicle was being serviced. That is my only complaint.
