Worst management. Finance manager Enis is liar. when i bought a car he gave coupons and write on paper as a proof also. when i went to service , he lied and said he didn't give, and he didn't write. Later service team matched the writing and wave off service fee. In service department, when i asked for oil change and tyre rotation, they have done only oil change (assume they have done) and said its done. My brake issue was not fixed and I’m told it’s suppose to make a loud noise.

Nissan Transmitions are bad they have a settlement for 277 million for their transmission going bad, they have deffects in several models. They just last 5 years or less. This is my story. If you dont want to waste your money, do not buy nissan cars. My wife and l bougth a 2017 nissan versa from this dealership for $9k with just 68k milles, they offer transmition guarranty for 5 years, then because they had several transmition problems, they extend it 2 more years. Professional yet honest, not out there to just get your money, gives you options without being pushy. Carson Perot is the guy to ask for. However, be be very careful when signing Financing documents on the tablet, check the printed hard copies of the contract. Take them out of the envelope and Read them before leaving. You may be locked in for a longer term and paying a ridiculous amount if you purchased their additional services.

Don’t go here. Sold my car to them with an offer from car gurus. Gave them the car on Friday and was told I had to come back for the check due to manager being out. Thats was Friday on Monday when I was promised the check would be there I arrived at 430pm and was told they were writing the checks then. After waiting I was then told an hour later the check would be the next day as they had to wait on Bank of America to respond. Was to come buy a 2021 Highlander Platinum on 07/31/23. Got me an air ticket from IAH to DFW on 07/28/23. I checked in through security and all process at the airport and was now sitting waiting to board. Text comes from Crest Nissan that the vehicle sold over the weekend, "we have other options on our lot.... ". What could I have done? I tried it at 2022 Ram 1500 4x4 in on a 2023 Nissan Pathfinder that had 12000 miles. I was already with a credit Union that the dealership uses and they went with a different one at a higher rate I was already getting, they ran my credit 3 times on top of that. Thanks Jeff, I called Joe the director of finance, several times no return call go figure I was told warranty was gonna be thrown in on deal. Almost 4000 dollars, I paid for thanks. I recently had the misfortune of visiting Crest Nissan to purchase my Armada Platinum 2023, and I must say that my experience with their new Car Director and his staff was nothing short of a nightmare. I can't emphasize enough how thoroughly disappointed and angered I am by their unscrupulous tactics and blatant attempts to deceive me.
