Mario my service agent is great but this time the oil change in my car took 3 hours. Not acceptable.

I've always been very pleased with Crest until recently. My 2020 Altima has developed an irritating rattle in the dash, so I took it in. They tell me I'll have to leave it for at least three days before they can look at it. I left it, paying $40/day for a rental car. After 3 days, I checked to see what they had found. They had not even looked at it yet, so I picked up the car. I called again about 6 months later and they again say I have to leave it 3 days before they can look at it. I did not appreciate being told the dealership would not cover my factory warranty on a tire that blew out in the middle of the tread. The tires have been used since I purchased the vehicle, and the truck only has 29k miles after 3 years. Very disappointed in this. I have purchased 5 vehicles through Crest Nissan, and I was turned away for something I was originally informed would be covered under warranty. It was absolutely the worst car buying experience of my life. The Finance department doesn’t know what they are doing at Crest Nissan or at Nissan Finance corporate office.

I felt very taken advantage of by the sales staff at this dealership. The original offer for my trade in was less than the scrap metal it was worth, and after finalizing my financing, a week later the sales manager called me to tell me the financing fell through and I would have to come back and re-do financing, at a higher rate, or they would report the truck stolen, unfortunately I did not know this was a scare tactic at the time, and I did not have to bring it back after I had signed and completed everything for the finan... read more

BEWARE: Bait and switch tactics and all-around dishonest sales practices. Read my story before buying from this dealership. I hate to have to do this. But, the dealership left me no option. Here’s how my experience went from good to horrible.
