This place is scam. I bought a car for a trade . They told me I have 3 days grace period to return. I returned the car before 24 hours but they didn't accept and they want me instead to trade again and pay $10000 to get my original car back. They don't honor what they say. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! be aware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! never trust them oscer and mike abed sale director were very aggrivated.

The dealer is good. .. but the mechanics? I could have done the mechanic work better myself, and Im a noob. Mr. Mechanic, for a $1000 oil pan change, the least you could due is secure the under carriage cover. Now half of mine is scattered all over 635 in Dallas. Thanks, genius. Hope you saved 0.25 of your time. You took food off my kid's table. Congrats.

Business response:

Thank you so much for your five-star review! It is our pleasure to serve you, and we hope to get the opportunity to see you again in the future!

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP In over nearly 50 years of buying both new and used cars. There was a day when the "CREST" name for cars meant something... not so with this Dealership in Frisco. Stay a way... go some place else is my advice based on my experience. I have never had a worst experience than with this dealership. It is now 6/6/23. I purchased a car from this dealership over a month ago (nearly 2 months now) and find they sold me a vehicle that has issues at the DMV. Therefore I have not received either my licens... read more

Run or it will cost you, big. Deceptive practice abounds. Dealer Error - $1,500 They held the keys to my trade-in (so I wouldn’t leave) A hailstorm came through and hit both the new car and the trade-in. ///They whisked away the new car and said, “We reviewed it for hail damage and there was none”. ///Then they didn’t bring it back until after dark, so nothing was visible on the black hood or top. The next day the hail damage was evident. ///Now they’re asking me to pay $1,500 to fix the dents they caused. Pricing Errors - $... read more

Horrible service! I purchased a 2020 Pathfinder (Certified Preowned) on May 6 and the car broke down on May 14th with a bad transmission! The dealership gave me the runaround for two days before someone (Oscar J.) responded with "maybe you drove the car wrong!" Nissan warranty doesn't cover todays cost of a rental car ($35 a day!...really?!). I bought certified preowned for the sole purpose of providing my son a reliable car for college living 1200 miles away. This car lasted 7 days! Called the Manager (Pacheco), but he is t... read more

if this wasn't the only car with the options she wanted within 500 miles I would have walked out 5 minutes after I enter the store, I ask salesman and fiancé about 2 thinks over the phone the day before and they promised to look at it and fix it if wasn't a picture problem with the back seat, and that was just the start of the problems, won't take any more time on review, we will never be back, will take it to another Dealt to seat fixed
