Lou in Sales was great. She was respectful and very engaged with both myself and my wife. She was very knowledgeable as well. The Finance Manager experience was not so great. He was very friendly with us at first but when we told him no on going with the warranty plans, he became a lot less sociable and acted annoyed with us. He then tried pressuring us into buying into a warranty plan. It was your typical sales scam tactics. The more he asked us, the easier it became to say no. Crest Nissan has transparent pricing and made the process for the multiple cars I've bought from here easy! I have bought one used and one new. Both were easy and I have had no issues a year later with my used one for my family. 10/10 recommend!

I want to circle back and edit my review of Crest Nissan. I believe my initial assessment was based on miscommunication. The salesman reached out to me via text and I believe he was very genuine in wanting to do business. I absolutely understand the hard work many salesmen put into providing a great buying experience for their clients. This was my first time buying a car, or in the car business. I was searching on the website Sunday 1/22.
