I walked in today to sell my maxima and spoke with Carlos and Chris. Both of them were extremely helpful and gave me what I wanted for my car. I'm happy I made the choice to come in today and get this done. I will be back to by my 400z as soon as it arrives

Had a great experience with John Phan. If you go in- ask for him- you won't regret it! Have kids? No problem. He loves them and wasn't bothered by the fact we had 2 under the age of 2 (21 & 3 months) with us. He even offered to help hold and move car seats for us (at one point he rocked our 3 month old in her seat while we were busy signing)! He was knowledgeable, transparent, and didn't play any tricks during the negotiation phase!

From start to finish I worked with Tony Herrera to my purchase my son's first dream car. He was very patient and extremely helpful during the process along everyone the other managers that assisted with approval and paperwork. We bought our daughter a Certified Pre-owned Rogue today. We live out of state and had made an appointment to see the car once we arrived. Our sales rep Ovimael Gonzalez-Toledo was very friendly, respectful and helpful! His manager (John?) was also very friendly and when we told him the offer we were looking for he made it happen! What a difference six months makes! Brought my 21 Leaf in for first check-up, Shawn checked me in, and took great care of the Leaf and me. Constant updates, cleaned the car, and I could not be happier with having an EV and being a Crest customer!

I got to the dealership to get the license plates for my new car and the people were amazing. Starting from Dean who was the sales man and was great to Selmo the gentleman in the service who put the plates on and took the car for a wash and Brandon who was really helpful and very nice.

I can say that from service to purchase this places is AWESOME! Mark(salesman) and Lance(Finance) worked very hard to get me in to a vehicle and I am happy that I purchased with Crest Nissan! Thy made my birthday really special by helping me get in to one of the nicest vehicles I have ever owned!!! I highly recommend them for your next purchase!!!!

Excellent customer service! I love the fact that the salesmen, both Chance and Keelon were so easy to work with and made the experience of buying a new car seamless. They were very polite and professional, I would totally recommend them if you are looking to buy. They helped me weight my options which helped me pick a vehicle that I really love and was within my budget. The entire dealership was great and very pleasing.
