TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE MY 2007 VOLVO WAS AT ITS END AND ALYCIA CALLED ME AND I SHARED MY WHOLE STORY WITH HER. HER ATTENTION TO DETAIL WAS GREAT. WITHIN 24 HOURS SHE HAD ME IN A NEW VOLVO WITH ALL THE THINGS I ASKED FOR. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND WILL BE BACK AGAIN. I ALSO WANT TO SAY SOMETHING ABOUT LYN FORD. I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH LYN SINCE 2010 AND HE IS THE BEST!!!!

Awesome sales person ever! Alycia made me feel right at home. I was treated like a friend and a family member. Alycia the Awesomest Alycia and Pedro are simply the best! You feel right at home the second you step on the floor, and they will take great care of you. Friends and Family I have never been to a dealership where I was treated like a friend and family memeber. From the time I walked in everyone was so helpful and nice. Incredibly impressed Alycia Johnson exceeded my expectations. She was not only warm and inviting as we entered the dealership (I helped my mother in law purchase a new S60) but she was very professional and courteous. One of the best experiences I have ever had. I would highly recommend doing business with her. She is one reason why the Crest name means something in the DFW area!

Exceeding my expectations, consistently Went in for 60,000 mile service, left with a new car. Super thrilled. Outs basing and FAST financing. Amazing rate.
