Great Service Representative First visit to Crest after buying from Park Place and taking my vehicle to them for service for the first few times. David was by far the most excellent service representative I've dealt with since owning cars in general. I use to think Honda had the best service reps. Park place Volvo never really impressed me. Unexpected Problems but Excellent service I thought I had one problem, ended up with 2 major issues that required my car to be kept longer than anticipated. My service manager Jordan called me immediately to update on the change. He reassured that my warranty would cover the repairs. He also provided worse case scenario for timeframe but ensured he would call to confirm. He was amazing throughout the process when I picked up my vehicle.

Fluid sales process This was my second encounter with Crest. The first was not as great, but this time it was awesome!
