Pleasant no pressure buying experience I had a pleasant no pressure buying experience working with Alycia Johnson and the Crest team. Alycia was friendly, pleasant, helpful, and was an advocate for me as the buyer. My experience was the opposite of the high pressure sales techniques a car buyer typically encounters. No Preasure I initially contacted Jeremy Hernandez as I worked with him on the purchase of my previous Volvo. Since he no longer worked in sales he hooked me up with Alycia. They both did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable and at no time put any pressure on me to purchase. Alycia did a great job showing me all of the new features of the S90, there was a lot of new technology for me to learn. Alycia was a pleasure to work with and will work with her again when the time comes.

Honestly 1 of the more patient & geniune sales rep I've met. Working with Alycia Johnson was so smooth. Her friendliness really makes you feel at home. I cannot describe how patient she is. Keep it simple Alycia had to make this happen as a complete surprise for Xmas. My wife hates the car buying experience and I am still in shock that she bought me a vehicle without me knowing and didn't kill the sales person in the process. She made it so easy for her and helped her get the car we wanted. She also took me through every detail of the vehicle and the app! A true customer service gem!
