I was a little disappointed that when we picked up the car it had not been washed. It was so dirty, we had to stop and wash the windows to be able to see safely. I realize we did not have service completed due to recommendations by Lynn, and there were storms over the weekend, so the car was dirty. But we did bring it in clean. Lastly, Lynn was not present when we picked up the car, so we can't fault him.

Financing did something that is very shady and did not explain. Trying to speak to the GM and he has yet to call me. Horrible tactics.

Everything was great except when I got home I realized they charge more for an oil change than what is advertised when you do the online scheduler. 184.95 is the online price but I realized I was charged well over 200 for the service. I did not realize until I got home and checked my paperwork about my scheduled visit. I have emailed the service department about this but have not heard back. Seems like a bait and switch. My Service Advisor, Lyn has always been great, but I am having serious doubts about the techs, their ability to diagnose issues, and comprehend customer's concerns. I brought my V90 in for a noise emanating from underneath the car - this is clearly a loose shielding or exhaust hanger that causes a rattle when going over bumps. The tech attributed this to the broken bushings on the driver side upper and lower control arms. Photos verified that they were deteriorated, but not horrible. Hi there. I am the husband of Karen Louis and the car is also registered in my name. I collected the car but when I turned the air condition "on" (exspecially the fan mode) there was excessive noise. I doubt if this is the standard for a high end Volvo car, so when my wife comes back she will bring it back in for you to make good this aspect of the car. Thanks.
