Had. a method to except a towed car on a Sunday. So my car was left there and looked at first thing Monday morning. Was called to inform that they had the car and that it would be looked at soon. One thing I did not like about the service department was that I had to pay 3% extra to pay with my credit card.

Wonderful experience as always. There’s no one better than Lyn Ford, he always takes care of the car and keeps my 2012 in tip top shape! And is a very nice, pleasant person! I appreciate his attention to my older car just as he would a newer one. Great customer service, super friendly, and I’ll be back, wouldn’t go anywhere else! And I come from Corinth.

I had such a great experience at Crest Volvo! Ricardo made the entire process smooth and stress-free with his professionalism, knowledge, and kindness.
