It was a great experience getting some detailing work done at Crest. Mark was very friendly and went over the work items patiently. He kept me informed on the progress of the work and ensured that work was done exceeding expectations.

The only thing that gives me the inclination to leave a 4 star, instead of a 5 star, is the failure of the online reservation system to make the reservation I thought I had for an 8:15 am appointment. The entry didn't go through to Crest, even though there was nothing left to do on my part. Consequently, when I arrived, there was no reservation, and I had to go to the back of the queue, resulting in a 3 hour wait for minor routine maintenance.
